There is no overnight fix for weight loss, no miracle pill or diet that will make it happen quickly. I could tell you what you want to hear, that it'll be easy, quick and effortless. But I believe in honesty, especially where my clients are concerned.
Weight loss takes time, and is not about today, tomorrow or the next day, it is about every day, every week, every month!

Your Discovery Session is the first step, a telephone call between you and I. This will last no longer than 30-40minutes, and don't worry, it is my phone bill!
You can download the Discovery questionnaire using the button below, once this is completed email it to me, and we will schedule your call time.
We will chat in length about YOU, what you have tried, what you want to achieve, when you would like to achieve it by and so on. We will also look at what motivates you, what distracts you and work together to maximise the things we like and minimise the things we don't!
At the conclusion of your Discovery Session, I will tell you my thoughts, observations and give you some options in regards to training packages suitable for you!
As I am a freelance trainer I work for you, and not a gym! All of my time is devoted to YOU as a client!
