What is Specialist Training?
There are many ailments and conditions that can be improved with some gentle exercise or activity. And this doesn't always mean impact training using weights, bands, balls and other equipment.

Specialist training covers all of the above, for varying reasons and
with varying results. Each case is different and should be discussed
in depth before moving forward.
For example, in the case of someone who suffers stress, anxiety or
depression, they may benefit from the boost in energy and confidence experienced from exercise. Or a client with Parkinson's disease may require cognitive activity to improve muscle memory and coordination.
Personal training does not always mean weight loss, fitness and toning. There can be so much more achieved from a little healthy activity on a regular basis.
